Aikido children (8-12) - 10:00 to 11:30 (except school holidays)
Aikido all ages (8+) - 11:30 to 13:00

Apart from regular practice the school also organises special seminars in the weekends
(zazen, ki training, ki shiatsu massage, Japanese calligraphy, cooking...)
and traditional Japanese events (Children's Day, New Year's Party, Demonstrations...) open to everyone.
